fa بررسی جایگاه حقوق رسانه ها در برنامه ی توسعه ی ایران تخصصي Special اجتماعی Social Article <p dir="RTL"><strong>چکیده </strong></p> <p dir="RTL">حقوق رسانه &shy;ها شاخه&shy; ای جدید از علم حقوق است که با توجه به نوپا بودن، در حال طی کردن مراحل تکاملی خود است. از آنجا که رسانه &shy;ها نقش مهمی در تحول&shy;آفرینی جوامع در حال توسعه دارند، این رشته از حقوق قابل توجه مدیران فرهنگی و قانون گذاران این کشورها قرار گرفته&shy; است. در بخش&shy; هایی از برنامه&shy; ی چهارم و پنجم توسعه&shy; ی ایران نیز به مبحث حقوق رسانه&shy; ها پرداخته شده&shy; که در آن، ضمن به رسمیت شناختن تأثیر انواع رسانه&shy; های مکتوب و مجازی بر روند توسعه&shy; ی ملی، به راهکارهای کنترل و نظارت بر آن نیز اشاره شده&shy; است. در این مقاله با روش اسنادی ـ توصیفی، به ارزیابی اهمیت رسانه&shy; ها در توسعه&shy; ی ملی و بررسی مصوبات برنامه&shy; ی چهارم و پنجم توسعه در خصوص حقوق رسانه &shy;ها پرداخته شده&shy;است. در پایان این مقاله نتیجه&shy; گیری شد که برنامه&shy; ی چهارم و پنجم توسعه&shy; ی کشور، در ارائه&shy; ی راهبرد تعامل با رسانه &shy;ها و به رسمیت شناختن نقش آن در توسعه&shy; ی ملی پیشرو می&shy; باشد. تعمیم دادن مفهوم رسانه به ابزارهای اطلاع&shy; رسانی مجازی و الگوبرداری از مقررات پیشرو مرتبط با حقوق رسانه در کشورهای در حال توسعه، روش مناسبی برای تعیین جایگاه رسانه&shy; ها در جامعه&shy; ی ماست.</p> <p></p> <p>The position of the <a name="_GoBack"></a>media rights development in Iran<br> <br> Abstract<br> New media rights branch of jurisprudence that according to the new character of going through the process of its evolution. in which, while recognizing the impact of print media only against the national development strategies of control and supervision has also been mentioned.
