fa تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر علاقه مندی دانشجویان دانشکده ی کشاورزی در دانشگاه تبریز به اشتغال در مناطق روستایی Analysis of Factors Affecting the Interest of Agricultural Students To employment in rural areas, the case study of Tabriz University تخصصي Special اجتماعی Social Article هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر علاقه مندی به اشتغال در مناطق روستایی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده ی کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز است. روش تحقیق از نوع مطالعات توصیفی تحلیلی است و جامع هی آماری آن، دانشجویان تمامی مقاطع در رشته های تحصیلی دانشگاه تبریز در سال تحصیلی 1393 بودند (3296N=). حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 105 نفر برآورد شد. نمونه گیری در این تحقیق نیز به صورت تصادفی متناسب از میان گروههای آموزشی اجرا شد. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه با سؤالات بسته در قالب طیف لیکرت و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (92/0) نیز نشان دهنده ی پایایی سؤالات ابزار تحقیق بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد یازده عامل زیربنایی، انگیزشی، تحصیلات، شخصیتی، اقتصادی، فردی، سکونت، سربازی، حمایتی، علاقه و فاصله، در حدود 73 درصد از واریانس زمینه های علاقه مندی به اشتغال را در مناطق روستایی تبیین می کنند. همچنین نتایج اولویت بندی، زمینه های علاقه مندی به  اشتغال را در مناطق روستایی جزو مهمترین عوامل تعیین کرد که عبارتند از: پرداخت اعتبارات ویژه ی کار و سکونت در روستاها توسط دولت، سهیم شدن فارغ التحصیلان در درآمد افزایش یافته ی کشاورزان به صورت درصدی، میزان فاصله ی روستا از شهر، همکاری با شرکتهای خدمات فنی، مشاورهای و ترویجی و لزوم به دست آوردن سابقه ی کاری روستایی برای استخدام های دولتی. Abstract The main purpose of this study was to Analysis of Affecting Factors in Tabriz University students Interest To employment in rural areas. A survey method was employed for this descriptive – analytic study. The population of this study included students at all grades in fields of study were Tabriz University in the academic year 1393 (N = 3296). Samples  size was determined by  Krejcie and Morgan table 105 people. In this study, the proportion of random sampling was conducted among groups. The survey instrument was a questionnaire with closed questions on a Likert format. Cronbach's alpha coefficient (92/0) represents the reliability of the research instrument questions. Factor analysis was used to analyze the data. Factor analysis showed that eleven of infrastructure, motivational, educational, personality, economic, Individual, habitation, soldiers, support, interest and distance of about 73 percent of the variance in the areas of interest in employment in rural areas to explain the virgin, The results of priority the field of interest in employment in rural areas: Special credits paid work and live in villages by government, the share of graduates in farmers increased income as a percentage, the distance from city Cooperation with technical services, counseling and extension Companies , Necessity to obtain work experience in government rural employment as one of the most important determinants.. <div>  <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" ></div> اشتغال, دانشجو, دانشگاه تبریز, روستا, علاقه مندی.
