fa ترسیم و تحلیل شبکه اعتماد میان شاغلین بخش گردشگری با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل شبکه‌ای(مطالعه موردی: روستای طبل/جزیره قشم) عمومى General اجتماعی Social Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">آثار اجتماعی- فرهنگی گردشگری به این موضوع اشاره دارد که گردشگری و مسافرت در نظام ارزش&shy;های افراد و جامعه، الگوی رفتاری، ساختارهای اجتماعی، سبک &shy;وکیفیت &shy;زندگی جامعه&shy; ی میزبان و گردشگر تأثیرگذار است. همانگونه که از دیگر تحولات جدید به صرف احتمال ایجاد برخی تأثیرات منفی نمی&shy; توان چشم پوشید، و باید کوشید با تمهیداتی تبعات منفی آنها را کنترل و از تأثیرات مثبتشان بیشترین بهره را گرفت؛ در مورد گردشگری نیز باید همین برخورد متوازن را در پیش گرفت و با شناسایی تأثیرات مثبت و منفی آن، به تقویت ثمرات و تخفیف و کنترل زی</span><span dir="RTL">ان‌های احتمالی آن همت گماشت. از جمله مهمترین آثار اجتماعی طبیعت‌گردی، تأثیر آن بر روابط اجتماعی و الگوهای ارتباطی افراد در جامعه&shy;ی میزبان است که متأسفانه در پژوهش‌های مربوط به آثار اجتماعی طبیعت‌گردی، به این موضوع کمتر پرداخته شده است. لذا در این پژوهش، تأثیر طبیعت‌گردی بر روابط اجتماعی شاغلین بخش طبیعت‌گردی در روستای طبل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش از رویکرد تحلیل شبکه‌ای استفاده شد؛ بدین صورت که داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه تهیه شد و شبکه‌های مورد نظر با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای </span>Visone<span dir="RTL"> و </span>Netdraw<span dir="RTL"> و بر اساس شاخص‌های نقاط برشی، مرکزیت درجه خروجی و مرکزیت بردار ویژه، ترسیم و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که شاغلین بخش طبیعت&shy; گردی روستای طبل که با گردشگران در ارتباط هستند، و احتمال دارد که تحت تأثیر فرهنگ&shy; های متفاوت روابط خود را با افراد جامعه&shy;ی خویش بگسلند، همچنان روابط خود را با افراد جامعه خویش حفظ کرده&shy;اند؛ به طوریکه در بالاترین سطح، افراد خانواده&shy;ی خود را همچنان افراد مورد اعتماد خود می&shy; دانند و پس از آن دوستان و معتمدین محلی در رده‌های پایین&shy; تر قرار می&shy; گیرند؛ بنابراین،اگرچه گردشگری تأثیری در روابط خویشاوندی نداشته است، خود شبکه&shy; ی روستا یکپارچه نبوده و افراد براساس روابط طایفه‌ای با هم در ارتباط هستند.استفاده از افرادی که در شبکه از مقادیر بالای مرکزیت برخوردار هستند، می&shy; تواند در زمینه&shy;ی افزایش اعتماد و همکاری بین شاغلین بخش طبیعت‌گردی مؤثر باشد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The social and cultural effects of tourism show that tourism and traveling influencesthe value system, the behavioral patterns, the social structures, and the lifestyle of the host society and the tourist. As one cannot ignore other modern evolutions because of their negative effects, we should try to control their negative consequences through some preparations and to benefit from their positive effects. The same approach should be taken in case of tourism to identify its positive and negative effects. One of the most important social effects of ecotourism is its influence on the social relations and the relation patterns among people in the host society, which has unfortunately been ignored in the research on the social effects of ecotourism. Therefore, thepresent paper intends to investigate the effect of ecotourism on the social relations of ecotourism sector practitioners in Tabl village. Network analysis method was used to carry out the research and the required data were gathered through questionnaire. The networks were delineated and analyzed using Visone and Net Draw softwares and based on the cutpoints, the out degree centrality, and the centrality of the special vector. The results revealed that the practitioners of ecotourism sector in Tabl village, whoare in relation with the tourists andthere is a possibility for them to disconnect their relations with their community under the effect of other cultures, have conserved their relations with their community so that they trust their families in the highest order and their friends and the local trustworthy people were located in the next order. Although the ecotourism has no influence on the relations among relatives, the village network is not coherent and the relations among people are based on the tribalrelations.
