fa بررسی عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی مؤثر بر قاچاق سوخت استان هرمزگان با تکنیک تجزیه و تحلیل شکست فازی و راهکارهای پیشگیری از آن تخصصي Special اجتماعی Social Article <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span class="fontstyle0">قاچـاق سـوخت، آفتـی خطرنـاک در مسـیر رشـد اقتصادی کشـور اسـت و تاکنـون اقدامات</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span class="fontstyle0">و هزینه هــای بســیاری بــرای تقابــل بــا ایــن معضــل صــرف شده اســت. پژوهــش حاضــر بــا<br> هـدف شناسـایی و بررسـی عوامـل قاچـاق سـوخت در اسـتان هرمـزگان صـورت گرفته اسـت.<br> در ایـن راسـتا پـس از بررسـی ادبیـات تحقیـق و مطالعـات مشـابه و نظـرات خبـرگان، عوامـل<br> مؤثـر بـر ایـن قاچـاق در قالـب 29علـت طراحـی شـد. سـپس بـا تکنیـک تجزیـه و تحلیـل<br> عوامـل شکسـت و آثـار آن در محیـط فـازی، مهمتریـن عوامـل شناسـایی و راهکارهایـی بـرای<br> رفـع آن ارائـه شـد. تحقیـق حاضـر از لحـاظ دسـته بندی بـر مبنـای هـدف، تحقیـق کاربـردی<br> و از نظـر گـردآوری داده هـا، توصیفـی ـ پیمایشـی اسـت. جامعـه ی آمـاری ایـن پژوهـش نیـز<br> مدیــران و کارشناســان خبــره ی مرتبــط بــا قاچــاق کالا در ســازمان های مبــارزه بــا قاچــاق،<br> نیـروی انتظامـی، اسـتانداری، فرمانـداری و شـهرداری اسـت. روش نمونه بـرداری، غیـر تصادفی<br> و از نــوع روش هدفمنــد و تعــداد نمونــه ی آمــاری 15نفــر اســت. براســاس یافته هــا، رشــد<br> تقاضــا و آمــاده بــودن مراکــز خریــد در ســایر کشــورها، موقعیــت و فضــای مناســب قاچــاق<br> در کشـورهای همسـایه، گسـتردگی مرزهـای جغرافیایـی اعـم از زمینـی و دریایـی و فقـدان<br> کنتـرل در مرزهـا مهمتریـن علـل قاچـاق سـوخت بـه شـمار مـی رود.</span></span></div> &nbsp;<br> Fuel smuggling as a dangerous pest on the path of economic growth has been so far the measures and costs a lot to deal with this serious challenge. The present study aims to identify and investigate the factors of fuel smuggling in Hormozgan Province. Following that, after reviewing the literature of the related studies and experts&rsquo; opinions, the conceptual model for the factors affecting fuel smuggling is designed in the form of 29 indicators. Then by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and failure modes and effect analysis in fuzzy environment, the most important factors were identified and Strategies to overcome these factors were presented. With regard to the aim of the present study, it can be considered as an applied study and it is a descriptive survey regarding data collection. The population of the study is consisted of the managers and experts associated with smuggling in the organizations of fight against smuggling, police, the office of governors and municipality. Non-random target sampling method is used and the size of the&nbsp; population of the study is 15 people.
