Study of the role of course programs of the educational science on development of graduated students in Iran.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to evaluate and analysis of the role of course programs of educational science course on development and improvement of graduated students at the discretion of the teaching faculty members of the payame noor university (educational science group).

Statistical population in this investigation is all of the 100 teaching faculty members of the educational science group of the payame noor university with three employment conditions (permanent – trial permanent and coutracted employee ) and final analysis is based on 80 individuals whome answered the questions and reply the answer sheets . current research is an applicable one and the used method is descriptive .

In this study data and information are collected in a library method reffering to written references using question sheets . permanency of the study is evaluated by using cranbach alpha 0.93 coeficient .

The obtained resaulys of the study with the mean value of 2.87 and at level p=0.05 with 95% of confidence degree indicate that no attention paid to development and improvement of labor force of the country in the course programming of the educational science course . The results also indicate that there are no significant relations between the age, gender, employing age , academic grade , employment condition and scientific societies membership of the teaching faculty members and the role of course programs of educational science course on the development and improvement of labor force .
