fa بررسی میزان آشنایی دانشجویان رشته حقوق دانشگاه های پیام نور استان هرمزگان با نظام اداری در ایران تخصصي Special فرهنگی Cultural Articles <table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left"> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">این تحقیق که از نوع پیمایشی است به بررسی میزان آشنایی دانشجویان با نظام اداری ایران می &shy;پردازد و دانشجویان پیام نور ـ رشته&shy; ی حقوق ـ سراسر استان هرمزگان را در بر گرفته است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;امروزه حقوق اداری و چگونگی رعایت آن پیوندی ناگسستنی با تحقق حقوق اساسی دارد و جامعه ما نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست. در این میان آشنایی با حقوق اداری و تبیین آن در جامعه بر عهده&shy; ی دانشجویان و کارشناسان حقوقی است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">پرسش اساسی تحقیق این است که چه عواملی بر میزان آگاهی دانشجویان رشته حقوق از نظام اداری حاکم در ایران تأثیرگذار بوده است؟ برای یافتن پاسخ این پرسش، بعد از تعریف حقوق اداری، مبانی نظری بر اساس تأثیر آگاهی از نظام اداری بر رعایت حقوق شهروندان ارائه شده است، سپس تحلیل داده &shy;ها که برآمده از نتایج پرسش نامه&shy; ها است، مطرح گشته است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می&shy;دهد که عواملی چون: تجربه&shy; ی کار عملی، تحقیقات علمی و روش تدریس اساتید در دانشگاه&shy; های پیام نور استان، نقش مهمی در آشنایی دانشجویان رشته&shy; ی حقوق این دانشگاه&shy;ها با نظام اداری در ایران داشته است.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="clear:both;"></div> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">واژه های کلیدی</span></strong>:&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p><br> This study is a survey of the level of familiarity among the students with the administrative system in Iran, and it includes all the law student of Payame Nour University around Hormozgan Province. Today the administrative law has an unbroken link with the constitution, and our society is not an exception.&nbsp; So, familiarity with the administrative law and its explanation for the society is the law students&rsquo; duty.&nbsp; The main question of the research is &ldquo;what are the influencing factors on the level of the familiarity of the law students with the dominant administrative system in Iran&rdquo; In order to find the answer to this question, after the definition of the administrative system, the theoretical principles based on the impact of having knowledge about the administrative system on the compliance of the citizen&rsquo;s rights have been presented.&nbsp; Then, there is an analysis of the data based on the results of the questionnaires.
