fa بررسی نیازهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی وروانی معلولان (مطالعه موردی: معلولان تحت سرپرستی بهزیستی بندرعباس) تخصصي Special اجتماعی Social Article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: -0.1pt;">معلولیت پدیده&shy;ای زیستی- اجتماعی است که همه کشورها صرف نظر از میزان توسعه&shy; یافتگی با آن مواجه هستند. توسعه&shy;ی هر کشور، در گرو استفاده&shy;ی حداکثر از نیروی انسانی و قابلیت&shy;های آنهاست. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نیازهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و روانی افراد معلولی است که تحت سرپرستی بهزیستی بندرعباس در سال (94 &ndash; 1393) می&shy;باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: -0.1pt;">این مطالعه به صورت کیفی است و در آن از دو نمونه &shy;گیری هدفمند و نظری استفاده شده &shy;است. در این پژوهش با 20 معلول جسمی حرکتی و ضایعه&shy; ی نخاعی مصاحبه گردید. اطلاعات به دست آمده ابتدا از عبارت به مفهوم مبدل، سپس در قالب ابعاد دسته&shy; بندی شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: -0.1pt;">یافته &shy;ها نشان داد که نیازهای معلولین را می &shy;توان در سه بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و روانی دسته &shy;بندی کرد.<br> معلولین نیاز به مناسب سازی فضای شهری، حمل و نقل و فرهنگ سازی را در درجه &shy;ی اول اهمیت قرار می &shy;دهند و پس از آن به نیازهای دیگر از جمله اشتغال، مسکن، کمک هزینه و عدم ترحم اشاره می &shy;کنند. آنها همچنین به ترتیب به سایر نیازها چنین اشاره کرده&shy;اند؛ نیاز به تجهیزات و امنیت، آموزش معلولین و خانواده&shy; های آنها، ازدواج و محبت، اعتماد به نفس، بیمه و حضور کارکنان مناسب در بهزیستی و دیگر سازمان&shy;های مرتبط با معلولین.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -0.1pt;"></p><p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -0.1pt;"></p><p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p><p align="center" dir="RTL"></p><p align="center"></p> <p><strong>The study of economic, sociocultural and psychological needs of </strong><strong>the disabled</strong><strong> people </strong></p> <p></p> <p align="center">&nbsp;The disabled people under supervision of The State Welfare Organization (SWO) in Bandar Abbas</p> <p>Disability is a biosocial phenomenon that all countries regardless of their level of development should deal with. Development of the country depends on the effective utilization of human resources and its capabilitie<a name="_GoBack"></a>s. The present study intends to study the economic, sociocultural and psychological needs of the disabled persons who are under the supervision of the state welfare organization of Bandar Abbas in 1393-94.</p> <p>This research is qualitative. The sampling method was purposive sampling and theoretical persuasion, 20 Persons with physical disability or spinal cord injury were chosen for sampling and the data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The data obtained from interviews, firstly transformed from expression to concept and then classified in terms of dimensions.</p> <p>The results showed that needs of the disabled could be classified into three categories of economic, sociocultural, and psychological dimensions. Disabled people stated the needs for suitable urban space and transportation and acculturation of the primary importance. They also referred to the need for employment, habitation, subsidy, and lack of sympathy of the secondary importance.
