Nowadays, due to the large number of the disabled in society and lack of sufficient resources to cover them through organizations and service institutions, it is necessary to do a thorough review of handling the disabled (e.g. services, treatment, and so on). Considering the inefficiency of the institution-based method of service delivery, the present study intends to explore a new method of providing rehabilitation services for the disabled, with a different view of what has been common in this regard so far (community-based rehabilitation services).
