Audit of the press ban on public rights component

regarding the acceptance of the audit ban principle in the constitutions of most countries, is considered as one of the most significant contemporary issues that able to transform the traditional concept of censorship developments in the life of the world is a relative concept of freedom to respond and prove.

   Despite the emphasis on the principle of freedom of the press and publishing professionals , but the various causes of action failed to achieve its real position Certainly helpful to know their real mission is to inform people about the power of rulers is to achieve

This study seeks to explain, review and be familiar with the result  of one of the principles of the constitution of our country about the press and the publishing in the interval between 1285 to 1357 (Constitutional Movement to end till  the second Pahlavi)  is framed in terms of people's rights under the principle of prohibiting audit of the press.

This study has tried to be answeredabout the question  including , is there the conflict between the rulers with the principle of freedom of the press? Or it is only popular the  audit of the basic rules prohibit in the third world countries as symbolic tool for false gesture political gesture is?and Third, what is  the implications for society of the principle prohibiting auditing mode has been following the debate from the perspective of public rights component ? And other topics such as these have been examined  in this study
