Abstract
Different study exist about nomads and specially nomads in west of Iran, but there are least information about nomads in east of the country specially Kahnuj Shahrestan, The nomads living in the border of three Provinces of Kerman, Sistan and Balochestan and Hormozgan. Social stratification among some nomads of Hormozgan and Kerman Provinces are cast system. The main objective of present article is to study of cast system among nomads in Kahnuj shahrestan in Ghaleh ganj district Avertin village. While the nomads under study stay in Kerman Province but they are Baluch and have a very close society, this characteristic has no similarity with other nomads in other parts of the country. RRP and PRA method applied as the research method. Finding indicates two caste of Gholam and Baluchkar were exist in the area with different hierarchical status .Different aspects of socio- economic life of these nomads will be elaborate in detail. The study shows changes in economic situation effected on social position of a person and increased poverty among them and resulted increase in labor working of them. It seems that in order to reduce negative effects, and recognition different consequent of projects and acts, it is a necessity to study of social impact assessment before any project.
