Examination Phonological processes in Lamazan dialect

Lemazan dialect is considered as one of the most popular dialect in a village of Mehran Rural District, in the Central District of Bandar Lengeh Country, this village is located in the southeast of Bastak and west of Bandar Khamir. People who live in Lemazan and thirteen neighboring villages are the speakers of Lemazan dialect. This study examined Phonological processes of Lemazan dialect in compare with Standard Persian Language. One of the most important aspects of research is that one the one hand Lemazan dialect belongs to the dialects in the Southern Persian Gulf( Dari Lârestâni), and on the other hand the people of this area as the last speakers of Lârestâni dialect are in the direct interaction with Bandari speakers. Therefore, the description of Phonetic and phonological characteristics of this dialect lead to understand better the dialects of port cities and Hormozgan Province. Moreover, this study used field research and This research has long used field research to gather data over 10 years.
