Cultural studies in the folklore field and popular culture is very important and can be on different forms. One of these forms IS a mythical study of popular culture.  Now at this study, we are working on"The spirit of the tree parties»as a ancient symbol in written folk tales of Hormozgan province and have been study of Public literature as a rich treasure beliefs.

The article concludes summarily that: in Hormozgan’s folk-tales, the legendary qualified tree spirit" is of very high frequency and the figure, in this tales, appears in one of the nine forms: Trees marry each other, To help facilitate the delivery tree, believe in the exist of a male demon in tree, believe in the exist of a femaleFairy in tree,Transplantation of human destiny with a tree, Continuation of human life in the trees, Non-hurting souls dwell in the trees, Draw a penalty and punishment of people on a tree, Ritual sacrifice to the sacred tree plantation.
